
Perspectives on Special General Conference 2019
Decisions made at the 2019 Special General Conference (Feb. 23-26, 2019) both affirmed and revealed deep divisions within the UMC, and uncertainty about how best to move forward. Here we share information about the conference itself, and reactions and perspectives from around the connection.
Additional work will be done at the next General Conference (originally scheduled for May 2020, but postponed until 2021 because of COVID-19.)
